Welcome to momboss.space – a multivendor marketplace empowering women entrepreneurs and business owners.

This Refund Policy outlines the general rules and conditions for requesting refunds across all vendor stores on our platform.

🔁 General Refund Eligibility

Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Items
   The product was received damaged, broken, or not functioning as intended.

2. Incorrect Product Delivered
   The customer received a different item than what was ordered.

3. Item Not as Described
   The product differs significantly from its description, images, or specifications listed on the store.

4. Missing Parts or Accessories
   The item arrived incomplete or without essential accessories.

5. Delayed Delivery (If Critical)
   If the order was not delivered within the promised timeframe and no prior communication was made.

6. Warranty Claims
   If the product is under warranty and has failed within the warranty period.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Change of mind (unless allowed by the vendor’s individual policy)

• Customized, made-to-order, or perishable items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

• Downloadable digital products (unless proven to be defective)

• Refund requests made after the return window has expired (usually 7–14 days, depending on the vendor)

🧾 Refund Request Process

1. Login to your momboss.space account and navigate to Orders.

2. Click Request Refund next to the item you’d like to return.

3. Select a reason from the provided list and describe the issue in detail.

4. Upload any supporting images (if applicable).

5. Your request will be reviewed by the vendor. If needed, momboss.space may assist in resolving disputes.

⏳ Refund Approval & Timeline

• Vendors have 3–5 business days to review and respond to refund requests.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• In some cases, a return shipment may be required before the refund is issued.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution

If a customer and vendor cannot come to an agreement, momboss.space support may step in to mediate and provide a fair resolution. Our decision will be final.

📌 Vendor-Specific Policies

While this is the default policy, some vendors may offer more flexible or stricter refund rules. Please check the Vendor’s Store Policy before making a purchase.
