MomBoss was founded in March 2019 by Lauren van Rooyen, a South African entrepreneur living in Kenya at the time.
What started as a supportive Facebook community for women in business quickly grew into something far more powerful. A network of women uplifting one another through shared knowledge, referrals, and daily visibility.
At the heart of MomBoss are our vibrant Facebook Groups, where thousands of women across East Africa have not only grown their businesses but truly thrived.
Through consistent marketing opportunities, peer support, and a trusted audience, countless members have built sustainable income streams and lasting business connections.
